Where we come from
Three decades of developing communities.
Humanly® grew out of three decades of developing sites and manufactured-home communities in Rochester, New York.
In our model, most homes sit on land we keep and lease long term, and Humanly runs the community after the last home is delivered. A place that has to work for decades is planned differently from one that has to sell by next spring.
We use technology throughout, from screening land to running the neighborhood, because it lets an experienced team do more with fewer surprises. It is how we develop, not what we are.
