Privacy policy

Last updated October 15, 2026.

This policy describes what Humanly Inc. ("Humanly," "we") collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us we receive the name, email address, organization, topic and message you enter. We use them to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. They are delivered to us by email through our email provider.

Analytics. With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, from what kind of device, roughly where from, and how a visitor moves through a page, including a replay of what was on screen. Anything typed into a form is masked before it is recorded. These tools set cookies. You can decline them and the site works the same.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

How we use it

To answer your message, to operate and improve the site, and to protect it from abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Service providers that help us run the site and deliver email, under agreements that limit their use of the data to those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies when the notice appears. To change your choice later, clear this site's stored data in your browser and you will be asked again. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us through our contact page.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
