Founder & President
30+ years in site development, infrastructure and land planning
Dale founded his first company at fourteen and built it into Victor Excavating, a site and utility development firm in the Rochester, New York, area. By twenty-one he was developing commercial and residential real estate, and since 1996 he has led New Vision Development Group, focused on manufactured-home communities designed to be within reach for a broad range of families.

Jeff brings more than twenty years of real estate development and construction experience to Humanly and leads delivery of our communities. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he believes attainable housing is a path to dignity, second chances and brighter futures, and he has built a reputation in the construction industry for getting the details right.

Angela brings over a decade of development experience to turning ideas into real places. She leads entitlement and the work around it, carrying each plan through approvals and into construction alongside the municipalities where we build.

Leads the technology behind land acquisition, market intelligence and operations
Max leads the technology that supports every stage of our work, from finding land and reading markets to running communities once residents move in. His focus is practical: tools that make the development team faster and the communities better run.
Director of Development

Josh has more than twenty years of residential development and project management experience. He focuses on the acquisition, development and management of manufactured-home communities, and on the financing that helps residents buy and stay in their homes.
Marketing Lead
Leads marketing, using data and AI to reach the people our communities are built for
Marium leads marketing at Humanly, pairing a marketer's instincts with fluency in data and technology. She uses AI and other modern tools to extend what one person can do. Her aim is to give future residents, municipalities and partners a clear, consistent picture of our communities and how we build them.

Mitch has spent more than eight years sourcing, underwriting and executing land acquisitions. His work covers real estate financial analysis, entitlement strategy and large-scale development planning.
